Hi all, Thought I would post the results of the Colo Crossroads fest. This was a first year non sancationed one day contest. We cooked Chicken, Ribs and Pork loin. It was great to see such a good showing by the brethren to help support this contest. Results are:

Thanks to all Brethren who turned out for this first year event. Congrats Pat and Kristi, well done! Very nice brethren showing.

Way to go Pat and The 72 Boys! What a great day! It was by far the best weather of any comp I have yet been to. Everything went so smooth it seemed like you had nothing to do Jay! ;-) Thanks for putting together a great first-year competition!

Congrats to everyone! We had a great time and were really happy with the results! Ryan nice job on the perfect 180 loin :eusa_clap It was a really fun contest and well ran for the first year....great job Jay! Glad I could help you sharpen your math skills yesterday :rolleyes:

Ray-We were just discussing LaPort this morning! Not sure if it will happen yet but will see you all in Waterloo for sure.

It was a great time for sure!
It was the first one dayer cook for us...kinda nice really.
Thanks for getting the contest off of the ground Jay, sign us up for next time!

Colo...Iowa. The event was held at the local high school.

Nice sweep of the top 6 places. I spent the day cooking tri tip and practicing chicken.
