I love a good dry rub, but my pallet is not keen on large amounts of salt. If I look at ingredients and salt is high on the list, I put it back.

I would love to try your rub and am curious if there is a lot of salt in them (beef, pork or bird).

The salt in the Yardbird comes through. The Bovine may be better suited for you.
