I'm brand new to all of this. Just finished my UDS a few days ago and did my first butt and baby backs last weekend. Look forward to learning much more about all of this low & slow stuff.

I can't decide what I want to smoke this weekend. My first brisket? Baby backs again (man, they were good)?, another butt?, or spares?

I guess I could also try those ABTs (but I really don't like hot peppers).
