North Platte NE contest

Well I am going to NE this weekend for the contest. Should be alot of fun.

Will see Txschutte and others there. Want to meet all the brothers.

now for the question that I hope will be answered.

What kind of flavors are liked there? Spicy,peppery,bland? Have never been there so unsure what to bring to the table.

Good luck in Nebraska. I am not an expert on Nebraska BBQ but from when I have been there I would say go toward sweet not hot.
