Howdy,

I was referred here by dbeast420. As a Texan living in Minnesota after almost 15 years in the Army, I miss having real BBQ, and am trying to refresh the skills I picked from my dad.

My wife thinks I do pretty good, but I know I have the ability to do better.

Hoping y'all can refresh my memory or teach me some new tricks. Heck, I might be able to return the favor...

I grew up in a small town just south of Austin called Manchaca. I'll be amazed if anyone has heard of it.

And yep, MP.
