I caught the smoking bug a couple of years ago when I bought my WSM and picked up some pointers over at the VWB. Now I'm looking to broaden my horizons and soak in some tips on this fine looking site you have here. I feel a UDS build coming on real soon.

NJ might not be a hot spot of all that is good BBQ, but I can do my best to make my little piece of it just a little bit smokier.

Welcome to the club. Sit back and enjoy your cooker, it is one of the easiest and most efficient smokers out there. Others will chime in with how best to cook on it.

welcome aboard and i would bet you will find anything you want to know right here on this site. belive me i know for that is how i learned from most of the mistakes i made. these people on here are just wonderful and i'm sure someone will be on here to help with any questions you might have.:-P:-P:-P:-P

Welcome to the zoo. I talked to Jerry Mullane a few weeks ago and he said there were about 53 KCBS events in the Northeast this year so NJ might be a hot bed in the making.

There used to be Guitarbeque at Asbury Park. As a matter of fact BBQ-Brethren.com took 3rd overall at the first year event.
