Since I won the Bologna Throwdown, Thanks for all the votes. Just like me, win in the Bologna category and I get to pick the Throwdown.

We have been thru most the food chain over the past many weeks.

So, rather than have a repeat, I could use some help choosing the food. I am thinking something simple and not to costly right now. So no Prime Rib!

If no suggestions I will just come up with something.

Best new BBQ finger food item like the ABT or MOINK ball. Anything goes but it has to be a new idea and has to be smoked or grilled.

Let's get the creative juices flowing.

It's Ham not bacon. Good chit nonetheless!

Prosciutto (IPA: [prɘˈʃuːtɘʊ] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:IPA),[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosciutto#cite_note-0)) is the Italian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_language) word for ham (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ham_(meat)). In English (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_language), prosciutto almost always used for an aged, dry-cured (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curing_(food_preservation)), spiced Italian ham that is usually sliced thin and served uncooked; this is called prosciutto crudo 'raw ham' in Italian and distinguished from prosciutto cotto 'cooked ham'. The most renowned and expensive legs of "prosciutto" come from central and northern Italy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italy) (Tuscany (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuscany) and Emilia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emilia_(region_of_Italy)) in particular), such as Prosciutto di Parma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parma), and those of Friuli-Venezia Giulia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friuli-Venezia_Giulia), such as Prosciutto di San Daniele (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Daniele_del_Friuli).
