Hello everyone!
I just found ya's here, thanks for letting me in.
I've been making sausage for years now and just getting into cured and smoked meats a few months ago....As soon as the weather improves I will start attempting to do some Q like you pros.
Again thanks for having me, I hope I can contribute something, sometime.
