Fried Ribs

Here was my appetizer entry at WinterQ this weekend. Placed 7th out of 28. They were very good. Thanks to SIDE for the inspiration.

Not for a Rib category. They wouldn't be legal. I did enter them this weekend for an Appetizer category.
