I've been trying to figure out how you could tap into a 401k if you have one and found an article that might work for me and maybe some of you and thought I would share it here. Hope this helps....

I have been considering this option to use for a down payment on our first home as well as a biz. The question is will the banks allow it with the current credit situation and will the funds actually be there? I am sort of afraid to even look at my IRA right now...:eek:

With my 401(k) i can take out a loan for 50% of my earnings.
