Small reception for 60, wanted a backyard BBQ.
Pulled Pork, Brisket and some smoked Italian sausage with Beans and coleslaw.

Yeah this one was fun. The clients were very friendly, they even brought out a TV so we could watch UofM kick Bucky the Badgers arse!!!

First time he'd had food which wasn't deep-fried you mean!:eek:
The Scots are horrendous for deep-frying everything, and I do mean e v e r y t h i n g!
How does deep-fried pizza grab you? (witnessed first-hand by an ex-navy mate of mine who's ship was docked in Rosyth, on the Firth Of Forth, once[puke mod]).

Bubba I am shocked. A beautiful Lang, wonderful butts and briskets and sweet blue smoke. And a farking McDonalds cup. What's up with that?

It probably was a diversion and contained a mixture of whiskey and water.

That was a good one Neil, the people loved it. Very good hosts and the clients were very pleased!!

Lookin good! My only "constructive critisizm" would be to NOT leave the buns and plates laying on the grass-too many tiny critters to contend with. But other than that, looks great!
