State agencies, public schools k-12, state universities...all have to spend their budget allowances or lose them. This auction site is the "gift" back to us taxpayers. Locally I have seen 3 hole sinks, countertops, shelving, pots and pans, etc. Some used, some abused, some new old stock. Kelly
