Hello,

New here from the DFW area of Texas. Long timer griller, and smoker. I have an Okla. Joe's horizontal, a smoke hollow vert. gas smoker, a couple of ECBs and all the pieces and parts to build a UDS when I can find some time.

I also enjoy making my own sausages.
