You need to be working your way through this part of the country this fall and hit the bash at Basswood... I wont be at Atchison this year unfortunately.... goin fishin with my Dad in Canada. I've been waiting for this trip for 15 years.... so I can't pass it up. My darling wife is even letting me leave on our 10th Wedding anniversary. Now that is real love.

Slim 4 Life! High protein, low carb/fat diet. A little exercise.... but hoping to grow that, and do it longer and more frequently. I am at just over 80lbs lost... so almost to my goal!
