My Birthday/Fathers Day Weekend Cook (Pron)

This Saturday was my wifes birthday. Yesterday was my son's and mine. Saturday I smoked some spares, as well as some beef short ribs. I also made a bunch of ABTs, and my dad brought some Diesmillo (I think this is chuck steak, thin sliced to grill) and my brother in law brought some Rib Eye steaks, about 20 of them. He works at a slaughter house here in Pico Rivera, so he hooked it up. I pretty much cooked most of the day Saturday. From what I hear, the spares were really good, I did not get a chance to try them!! Once again, the Cabo Wabo shots and Newcastles got the best of me and I failed to take some of the finish product pictures, but I did take some prep and cook shots... Here they are.

The family and friends had a great time. We went through 3 bottles of Cabo Wabo and like two or three other tequilas. A lot of beer. I had a lot of Newcastles. Karaoke was in full effect. I sung to my wife. It was a great time. And the fact that I got to BBQ ALL DAY... just a bonus.
