Got My Spicewine!!!!

I just picked up a spicewine from Guy at two fat pollocks and this thing is great, I have had it for two days and have already smoked 30 racks of ribs, 4 briskets, three shoulders, 20 pounds of chickens, beef ribs, short ribs, beef shank, all kinds of veggies. Needless to say I am hooked to this thing. My wife knows now where to look for me. Thanks Guy for the great deal, and also thanks Vinny who I met at Yardley who first introduced me to this cooker. The food is GREAT, maybe I can get a trophy now!!!! LOL.
