Friday Night Chicken

Had a request for some grilled chicken from my son and his girlfriend.

Gave the chicken a good sprinkling of John Henry's Wild Cherry and Chipotle Rub. This stuff is amazing. I'm going to spend a ton of money ordering it.

This was a great meal. Everyone enjoyed it.

Kind of strange site. The Wild Cherry Chipotle rub is not pictured as a product. It is listed in the order form though. You can order it that way or just call him. Last time I did, I got to talk to John Henry himself. Order at least 3 at a time. Shipping is about 7 bucks.

Looks really good. Those potato skins look seriously delicious.

I saw that Rub at my local butchers yesterday. The color of it was very bright red. It struck my eye. Noone in there tried it yet. (I asked them all) My first thought was pork, but it seems that chicken is definatly on the roster for it. I'm going to have to pick me up some soon.

I also saw a John Henry's peach style rub that intreagued me aswell..
