I just picked this up from a local shop and I plan on using it on my UDS.
Any idea if Taylor products are accurate? It cost $15.00

Oddly enough, in my home town is a company called Miller Thermometer. They have a small show room and many different types of thermometers. The owner told me that this is a new product for Taylor. I did the boil test and the thermometer was off by 12 degrees. I adjusted the dial and it should be fine, right? The dial is glow in the dark too.
