He said it needs a new "gasket", but yea i would check it out. I would get it. I can't wait till august till i bring home the cracked egg from my FIL and bribe Swamprb to help me out patching it up lol.

You have not sent the email yet??? I would hop all over that but since ZI just landed the West Coast deal this week I am on BGE aquisition restriction for a while. Go look and make an offer of $100 (worst he can say is no) but be prepared to pay the full $150 (it's worth it). Hopefully he did replace all the interior components.
