The first 2 pics are CSR done on the Weber Tuesday night. The next 3 are chicken on the UDS tonight.

CSRs only have S&P and then glazed off with some mod Sweet Baby Rays. I only have an 18" so indirect is almost impossible.

Chicken has EVOO, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne. Drum ran about 320 for 1 hour 15 mins. Very moist and juicy, definitely a keeper.

Nice! How did you cook the CSRs?

I tried to keep the Weber as cool as possible, around 350 for about an hour, then opened it up to put a 3 coat glaze on them. They were fall off the bone and gone in no time.
