Hey Guy's

Just thought I would post about a fellow breathern who has a rub that place 2nd in the Great American BBQ for Mild Rub

Just curious - what method is used to taste the rub ? Dry rub only or is it sprinkled on some type of unseasoned meat etc ?

I believe they taste it right out of the bottle and then put in on racks of ribs. The ribs are all cooked in the same pit by the same buy and then they are judged for taste.
