We had a few slices of left over brisket, so I went and picked up some fresh baked onion rolls to make sandwiches. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
Slathered the rolls with garlic butter and toasted them. Then added slices of warmed up brisket, then aged Provolone cheese on Pam's and pepper jack & munster on mine. Then back on to melt the cheese. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Slathered the tops with spicy mustard and mine got some pickled Jalapeņos added. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
