I don't know if you guys have ever tried CookShack Spicy BBQ Sauce, but it is pretty good stuff. Understand, I'm not advertising. I bought a gallon container of the mix and when I received it I realized it would take me ten years to get through the whole gallon of mix. If anyone is interested in trying it, PM me with your address and I'll send you enough mix and the scaled down recipe. The recipe that comes with it makes 5 gallons. The whole container would make probably 100 gallons. I really like the sauce but will never use all of the mix. The scaled down recipe makes about a gallon. Let me know. It's a freebee.
