Did another couple ribeyes last week. I smothered them with some crimini's. I slowly heated up the butter with some fine diced garlic and shallot to infuse the butter, than added the crimini mushrooms and sauteed for a few minutes with just a splash of Ex. V Olive oil and some wooster. Toasted up some store bought garlic bread in the oven and made some twiced baked taters. The taters have some sauteed garlic and shallot (to go with the shrooms), bacon, and some colby cheese.

The next night decided to make a sammie from the leftovers.
lightly toasted the other half of the garlic bread in the oven. I then added some mayo to one side. Sliced up the ribeye and added some horseradish/white cheddar slices and melted it on. Than added the leftover shrooms (reheated in foil) and about 8 slices of bacon.
