Late start on some spares, found out the Brothers in law are working over at their folks house all day so i hauled back home and tossed some ribs on the drum. I got nothing I like in the house for a finish sauce, but I just bought this bottle of out of this world Terryaki sauce. (Chef Myrons-new local stuff). Brushed it on a steak last night and it is perfect.
I am going to throw it on a rack to see what I get, this might be really good.

Good for a change in flavor. Watch it it burns easily.

I'm curious to see, this stuff has very little sugar, and its cane syrup. If it all goes to heck I have a "safety rack".

Thin it with Jack Daniels and drink the rest. Bound to be good. :twisted:

Very tasty with the sauce. i will grab some info on it later. Terryaki brushed ribs are okee dokee.
