I was talking to Chipotle Pat in Pine Bluff about cooking on barrels. He was telling me about a hot and fast method where you are constantly flipping and turning the meat. (I think he said every 15 min).

Does anyone have a link to any more in depth explanations of this? My scores tell me I need to explore all my options:rolleyes:

Thanks. I was familiar with that method, but I thought there was another one that was geared just for trash can cooking.
