One Year of Que and Fellowship

Moderators, if this is in the wrong area, please excuse me and place it appropriately.
Where do I begin? One year ago today I joined the Brethren. I lurked for a bit, absorbing nuggets of wisdom and visions of Que, learning process and theory, until I thought, I too, could make meaningful contributions to our World of Smoke and Meat. Among some of my first posts, my modifications to my 18" Weber, turning it from Grill into Smoker. Cute ain't it?

12oz. Texas Pete 2 Cups Apple Juice 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Catsup 1 Cup Cane Syrup 1 Cup Lt. Brown Sugar
3 Tbls. Lemon Juice
Combine in Pot, Simmer on low for 30 Minutes
