Got 18 lbs. worth of butts on the egg today. We're doing Mother's Day dinner on Saturday, so I figured I would get a head start. Here they are about 8.5 hours in.

Looks like you got some serious butt crack showing! Really nice butt crack if I might say so! Especially the butt in front. It cracks open and the fat starts rendering itself from your butt. I just finished off last weekend's butts and now have to do ribs for my mother! @*%#@! She expects them on Father's day as well and wife just adds fuel to the fire. She knows how much I just love my muther!:evil:
