Awesome, guys...looking forward to it. Been in many contests, but the "whole hog" category kept me out of this one until this year. We'll give it a shot!

I'm not judging this year, may ride the bike down Sat. and visit. Anybody offering a taste of whole hog?

We're supposed to put our leftover hog out for the crowds. So their should be plenty out there.
