Just opened my cooker after setting idle for a few months. There is a white film on the inside. what is this and how do i get rid of it?

180 degrees kills most everything.

So what is the film. IS it mold

Probably. Mold will grow in warm, dark, moist places.

Power wash and re-season. That should do it.
