The Keansburg Fire Co #1 presents the "Smoke Condition" BBQ cook-off to be held May 17, 2008. Entries are coming in but we would love more. A great way to shake the rust out from winter. $100 fee covers the entry. Three catagories Chicken Pork Ribs and Your Choice. Come help a small Vol. fire comapny. as of now 6 teams,. I got the trophies last week so we have to have it. LOL. The champ and reserve ones are Fire Department themed and will look nice in someones collection
