I don't think that SIDE posted this but we are having a really cool beer dinner at the restaurant in two weeks. Chef Ed is going all out and is preparing every course with Sam Adams and I am pairing each course with a Sam beer or cocktail version of it (we are using every single product that they have available including Utopia which if you haven't had is really unique). John.

Very interesting John. Good luck with it.

(I'm ashamed to admit I'm gonna need to google quite a few things on that menu though to know find out what they are :icon_blush:).

I abhor cannibalism, so I won't be attending.

On the other hand, will you perchance be making any root beer dishes for those that don't imbibe?

Sorry to have to miss this. Way to much to do getting ready for Salisbury. Hopeful that you will do it again in the future
