The weekend of June 28th I Smell Smoke and the folks at BBQ Guru are teaming up to bring you the ultimate competition barbecue cooking class. This class will be an overnight hands on class just like a competition. Everything from meat selection to final presentation will be covered. The class is being held in Warminster PA at the BBQ Guru Headquarters.

I just did a mapquest. I'll be heading out for Lake Placid that weekend, but I don't think I could make it to Philly by noon though...

Sounds like your class would be great to attend but this Arizona boy will have to wait for your Western Tour! I'm a great believer in attending cooking classes and feel my team owes a great deal of our success to what we learned from Brent & Kim Walton a.k.a. QN4U at their class. The best way to beat the best is to learn from the best!
