I judged this event for the last two years but had to pass on it this year :oops:

The level of competition is BRUTAL, especially since the Midwest and other region teams like to come to play in FL in the "Off Season" for KCBS.

It is like walking through the BBQ "Hall of Fame" each year!

So, "Super Congrats" to any team that got to the stage in this one! :lol:

What is more amazing than coming in 4th among that group is that you vend at the same time!

On top of that, he has everyone and their brother stopping by to chat. I was set up right behind him at Sebring and saw that he never gets a minute to himself........cause when no one was around I would go bug him too. :oops: I never saw him turn anyone away. He is a class act and gets the job done! :eusa_clap
