Woke up hungry and wanted to play with new toy. Not quiteQ or is it? Used smpked cheese I made at Christmas.

That looks great. I baked bread on the egg tonight (sorry no pron, it got eaten too quickly) and it was really good. Not sure if that's que either, but we liked it.

What kind of cheese was that - sharp cheddar? And - how did you originally smoke it?

that stone is not a big green egg stone, eh? i've seen where those crack cause they are thinner and also, a lot of people have toasted their gasket by using a stone larger than 14" in diameter. :icon_shy

OH! MY EYES! What is that shiney white thing under the sammies? I never seen anything so.......clean. Put some smoke to that thing.. Only posers have clean cookers.

Kept it hot and followed marching orders
Bubba burgers and pineapple slices. Topped mine off with Ortega chile (grilled for awhile) left from chicken yesterday.
Said it before, Thirdeye grill lifter is the Bomb.

Glad that egg is getting put to good use. Go Pack at least for one more week. Going to be mighty cold next Sunday at 6:30 pm so hope that high flying passing team of yours remembers how to run the ball. G men can be tough against the run.
