My lifetime home state comes through one more time.
This just isnt right. Why in the world with all the computor controlled cookers ect. that this is happening. I can understand fresh produce having problems.
I always figured if it was a canned product that we would be safe.

I may have eaten some of these in my last chilli, but did not get sick. The bacteria did not have a chance in my chilli.

Bigdog im glad to hear that. Holy chit, when I purchase canned foods im thinking we are all safe. Not no more in my mind.

Uh. Why would y'all use beans in chili? That ain't right...
Seriously though... I rarely use canned beans. Pretty much stay with the dry beans in a bag and then soak, season, and cook 'em up in the crock pot for BBQ day...
