25 pounds of corned beef brisket(cooked in the WSM)-----GONE
25 pounds of baby's(cooked on the UDS)--------GONE
20 pounds of bratwurst(not cooked by me)------GONE
I wanna say it was about 50 to 75 people hangin wit us today.

Big mahalo's to brudda Country for loanin me a few logs. I can't begin to tell you how good that apple and pecan smelled. The Brethren's are a true blessing!

Not to steal any of Mista's thunder or anything, but I was interviewed on espn gameday radio about the smokers and the tailgate rig. Dorky........but hey! Reaching bbq/tailgate rock star status is pretty fun once in a while.
