Started out by skinning 2 packages of brats and making a 2 pound super fatty, a bunch of country ribs and some chicken legs.

BTW Happy Belated Birthday, my wifes is today...I just threw em on the smoker till they were done....they went about 180 or so....I go by feel on those and I used a homemade rub. Tell the wife I said happy birthday:biggrin:

Jay, it really looks good Brother. I ate chicken and dumplings I made from leftover chicen broth. Now I want ribs. Thanks alot.:biggrin::wink:

Looks good.
I've been doing more Chicken Legs lately as they make great snacks.
Legs are easy to do in a short time, they taste great and don't cost a fortune.
