Got a good weekend planned. Started today with tri-tip. Simple steak seasoning direct grilled to 140 internal. Wife wants it a little more done.

Baby backs planned for Saturday with son and his new wife. Sunday me and wife are having some nice ribeyes.

Frozen pizza tonight. Did however order up some TexasBBQ rub today so it is looking like a nice brisket next weekend!

Got to fill orders for sunday( 22 racks bb's, 15 chicken 1/2's and of course some snackies for myself). I'll remember to post some pics this time.

A quartered chicken with veggies on the weber tonite.
Tomorrow: USC game, 20 pounds of butts, 10 pounds of brisket, raw sausage, beans, Italian coleslaw, potatoe salad, spam, brined & rubbed pheasants.
Suday: Angel game, then its Salmon Sunday, with Orzo, grilld veggies and good red wine,,,,

Pork steaks last night on the Performer. Today I'll be smoking three racks of St. Louis spares and ribtips on the UDS. Tomorrow I'll be taking both of the Dual Zones to cook chicken, brats, dogs, and burgers for the church picnic.

Nothing planned for the weekend. I am hoping to get a Prime Rib, couple of Fattays, and some smoked sausage. I want to cook my self a proper with all the trimmings Birthday dinner.

And if that doesn't work out for me. Oscar Mayer has a first name, it's Bolonga. Oh I love to eat iit every day and if you ask me, here's what I say. Cause oscar mayer has a way with Bolonga.:shock::roll:

I'm dying here. I haven't been able to smoke for 2 weekends and probably won't get to until November. The schedule is filling up quick. I was going to smoke some ribs yesterday morning, but I had a customer of mine drop a car off of a lift and I had to go deal with that.:eek:

This weekend is also the Bayfest Music Festival so we've been hitting all the concerts...Alice in Chains, Velvet Revolver, Foghat, Blue Oyster Cult, Hellyeah, Bad Company and Joan Jett so far. Today is Ugly Stick and Blues Traveler.

Nexy weekend is the Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival, plus two concerts - Quiet Riot and Alice Cooper. The next weekend we're going to Biloxi for Some casino action and to see Sammy Hagar. The following weekend we're going to Pensacola too see Vince Neil.

At this rate I may need to take a few days vacation to relax and get some smoking in. I ran out of brisket and spares in the freezer. And the pulled pork is starting to run low.

Well I got a ham in the oven(I know:roll:) a pan of Dressing waiting it's turn. Chopping cabbage to boil and season with a little smoked meat. Made up deviled eggs and 2 pumpkin pies last night. I just got a taste for baked ham and couldn't let it go. Sprinkled some of the eggs with cayenne pepper(those are mine).:biggrin:
