Ms Driver has really worked hard to keep these little rascals in the sweet stuff and at least one of em really appreciates it. This brisket was hid in the freezer and I just found it or I’d have made this a lot sooner. What a great recipe this is for showing off your Q. This little flat was really good to start with and that made this dish better I’m sure, but I would imagine a brisket that didn’t even turn out all that good would still be good in this dish. Must try is all I can say. Here’s the recipe

looks mighty good is that a flat and if so how big is it. It looks huge compared to the one's I get.
