Oh man.. gettin a jonesin for some BBQ... that bag of popcorn and cereal bar aint gonna cut it.. although after lookin at the cooker i think i might have answered my question from my reverse flow thread.

It just ended out here...
He place 59th out of 500! I think thats pretty amazing or lucky...
learned it all in 4 days...

On a nother note that other guy, that did "Ham on the street" He placed 5th in Brisket, in some other contest.

There's this show on "travel channel" called Barbeque Bastions...

Tried watching the chili pepper epidsode, but didnt make it to the end.

I recorded "Glutton For Punishment" last night.

So I will check it out today.

I thought the Barbeque Bastions show was good.
