the glaze? it's just maybe
3 tablespoons honey
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar (depending on how you feel that day :biggrin: )
put this on right at the end of the cook, cause it'll burn if it's on there too long.
oh yeah, and the title of this thread was supposed to have "& onions" at the end, but it didn't fit :oops:

Man those look really good! I too took a shot at those last weekend after seeing yours, or someones pictures. I stuffed them with Sundried tomato, mushrooms, and mozzarella. They were delicious, and your right, they were great as leftovers too.:-D

direct, raised grid, at around 300 for 1:24 i think. no power draft. i wasn't at omaha, i talked dhuffjr into bringing me an egg! hahaa :biggrin:
