That is sweet - not sure I can wait through the bacon wrapped hotdog part but I will have to try it soon.

I would want to use a brat or other sausage to replace the store bought dog!

The sad thing is, if Wiki was UK-based there'd be calls from idiots with no sense of humour to remove that recipe due to the health-damaging implications it could have

Then wrap it in a fattie instead of just ground beef.

I thought it was more funny than anything.
Nothing quite like drunk college guys putting recipes on the net.
But you know d**n well I'm gonna try it some day. With a Hebrew National though.

I'm thinkin red hot (sausage)/brat with thick cut bacon, alot of ground meat and stick it in a Italian roll.
More better.
I do like the corn dog idea, Alton Brown had a thick jalapeno base batter on a show awile back.
mmmmmmmmmmm

I poked around the rest of the site and they have quite a few other good recipes up there. Furthermore, there are a lot of well done pictures.
Also, deja vu mod, I could have sworn this was posted like 2 years ago. (Goes to look for old thread).
edit: this thread might have been it.
