100 lbs Brisket
100 lbs Butts
300 Hot Dogs
No beans, buns, tater salad fixins or so much as a spoon....

Good luck... the dogs would bother me more then the brisket and pork... Sounds like you have plenty of food, though.

turkey fryer pot with water and cook the dogs, blast them on the grill for a few seconds to finish them.
300 is a heck of a lot to babysit. I have done this and then aluminum panned (w/lid) waiting to be bunned. Worked pretty good
But good luck!!!

Whew! Everythings done! My 9 pound brisket did not take 9 hours to cook like I thought it would. Been in the cooler since noon. Sliced me off a piece and now i can't stop eating it.
I even got to surf for an hour later in the morning(Sorry Country). Butts done, abts done, and some smoked peppers for salsa are all done. Whatta life!
Now its off to parents to feed them and listen to thier bs for a couple hours.
