Today has been fun for me. Well I guess now I should say the last two days. I know there is a lot of pics here but I just had to share my Joy. Still got Pizza's cooking, passing them out as they get done. Hope you brothers and sisters enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed the cooking.

This has been good therapy for me brothers. I'm still cooking the ribs. Wrapped a little while ago. I hope you enjoy the pron.

Great pics and the food looks fantastic. But where are you putting all the food you have cooked the last two days?

I can't wait to see what you do with the Klose.

Well as much of it that will fit is going in my stomach. The Pizza that had the onions and mushrooms was for the wife. That was a special request, and she darn near ate the whole thing, save 2 pieces. One BBQ/ pineapple for the mother-in-law. And one for me. The ribs I will eat one slab and take the other to work with 2 pizza's I made up and now am freezing. Any thing left after that goes in my freezer.:biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin:
p.s. haven't even mentioned the whole chicken wings. I ate them during the night; while the butts were cooking. Didn't have the camera.

Here is the finished pic of the ribs. I cooked them a little to long. But they are falling off the bone tender and good.

I haven't eaten like this in a while. I am stuffed. Now the clean up begins, if I can get up.

Them is some perfect looking pizzas Jacob! And the other food looks amazing as well. Hope the fam enjoyed.

Right now I am enjoying a hot cup of coffee and some cold BBQ Pizza. This indeed is the breakfast of CHAMPIONS. To H*ll with that other stuff.

A thought just hit me, Jacob...

With all of that food you won't have ot use that new Klose for a long time. Why don't you just drop it off here and I'll season it and break it in and call you when it's ready.

You know I love ya Bro, But I'm happy that thought hit you and not me.:wink: Honestly, after I season her just right, and do a couple of practice runs. To learn her moods. If the start up loan works out. I'm putting that girl right to work. I have been working on a deal with a local store out in my area. Very high traffic area. They can even act as my commissary. To set up on weekends, except for Game Day Saturdays. Roll Tide
