Smoked chicken leftovers

Had some leftover chicken legs and grilled onions from the other day, so I threw together dinner tonight. Smoked chicken tacos. Tossed in corn tortillas and topped with cheese, taco sauce and hot sauce.

That brand of habanero is hot, but not too hot. Now Dave's Insanity Sauce is so hot it makes your teeth hurt. :eek:
