Just saw that show.............man it looked bodacious good eats to me.
I wold have removed the membrane of those babybacks myself.
I will print that one off his website, for super cold winter time eats like the holidays.

AB is the man! I love that he builds original smokers in his spare time. I think he mentioned this a couple of times in his "behind the scenes" show. Also, he lives right around the corner!

Give DirecTV a call. By Mid September they are going to have close to 100 HD channels. Including FoodTV-HD!

What did you think of his 8/3/1 ration for spices in the rubs. parts sugar to 3 parts salt to 1 part flavor? do you use this? Scott
