no good bark. did tips and BB on the drum. the tips had a great bark as they had direct contact with heat. the BB's were in a rack. I think that either before or after wrapping I will/should place them meat side down for a few minutes.

thoughts or suggestions welcome. No pics as everything was eaten...hey i did say they were tasty, just not barky

I do mine face down over direct heat after I unwrap either to darken them up or firm them up if I wrapped em too long. Usually only happens if I do a bunch in racks though.
