Everything turned out great the crispy skin is better than any cracklins I've ever had. Super easy super moist really good stuff.

Ummmm....Looks great...but uhhhh....I see the chimney's, but it looks like lighter fluid. Care to "splain yourself?? :) Just kidding. Looks great!

Hopefully the whole hog will be soon. Yup its lighter fluid, dont have any other way to get 20 lbs of charcoal lit. Weed burner is next on the list. :-P. It never seems to end. Its always something.

Looks great! Sorry for my delayed response to your question but looks like you figured it out! You'll have fun with the box.

BTW, did you say you ordered that smoke gun thing?

The food looks great.
As far as the lighter fluid. You can just roll up some newspaper, make a donut shape and tuck it under the chimney and light it through the holes.
You may need more chimneys though for 20# of charcoal.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the advantage of having a LCC? I've looked at a web site about them, but I don't really get the point. :icon_blush:
