Just made a score Single fin would be proud of. Went to Home Depot to get Ranger and had noticed Costco is redoing their Deli section. Noticed a rotiserie chicken rig setting next to dumpster. Looked in dumpster and another inside kinda mangled. On top of that a deep well stainless sink with side drain area. A little grunting and sweat and it is mine. Free standing and can put disposal in if I want. going back tomorrow to see if I can have Rotiserie before they toss it. All stainless, solid insulated doors, would make nice smoker with firebox below. Slight look of disgust on wife face when unloading. Told her if i buy enough charcoal I could stack it and you would never see it! Went over like a fart in a windstorm.

I am going to install sink in back yard. Have drain clean out great for hook up. If I get the rotiserie I will convert it to a smoker. Maybe put it on a trailer. There is also a long deep 3 bay sink sitting there.

Wait a minute, your Home Depot has a Deli section? Does it serve Kosher?

Craigslist has a business section and I've seen Cookshack 100's for under a grand. I'm looking for a SS prep table to mount my BGE/IK's in, they get snapped up fast! CL Free site is cyber dumpster diving!

Ummmmm....Holy chit Pat!!!!! You hit the jack pot brother!
We need to essplain to Mrs. Norco that she has landed herself a resourceful man.
I'm thinking of all its uses you will have for it, like: cleaning chicken, fish, shrimp, and assorted bloodier animal hostillities thats no fun for dealing with in your kitchen.

I went by HD(here in HB) on Saturday for some concrete tiles ($1.29 each). They were sellin gassers and backyard chit like they were christmas trees.
Big long line of dudes sittin in they're trucks pickin em up. No smokers though. We are out numbered here.

Well done Norco!(golf clapping....)

It's Officially Barbecue Season!
That's what an HD employee told me as I wheeled my 10 bags of Rancher out the doors!

Bury yourself a 55 gallon drum half filled with big rocks and some tile leading out to drain that thing into. Put a small grease trap next to the sink before it goes in there. Unless you have a nice sewer tap handy to drain it into.

Cleaned up, modified, hooked up. No more trips in the house trying to avoid getting crap on screen door.

Added a spray nozzle to rinse tubs/ large pans. Valve adjust flow. No hot water yet, but something in the works.

Went to get it with trailer but some scrappers had it loaded up. Told them the manager had given it to me. Went to home depot and they must have thought I was going to get Costco manager. Manager had told me he appreciated that I asked if I could have the cooker. He said people steal racks and whatever they put out. Anyhow the farkers must have been worried about being caught so they tied the thing to a dumpster with worker extention cords and drove off. The thing fell @ 4 feet and got destroyed. I helped worker pick it up with forklift and manager came out. Gave me contact at demo company to try and get next one they replace. Appears one or two caught on fire so Costco are replacing them. Hopefully I will get one. Don't want to seem to anxious or they might want cash.
Patiently waiting.

Awesome Pat! That has given me hope that I am on the right path, I bought a utility sink to put out back so as not to drag everything into the laundry inside for clean up. Like Solidkicks idea of a grease trap and 55 gallon drum as well.
Man this site is awesome, come up with an idea and sign on and find out how to do it without asking!

Where the drain goes into the house, did you plumb it into a drain, or was the fixture already there?
